New Patient FAQ
Coastal Chiropractic
What should I anticipate during my initial visit?
During your first visit, we aim to acquaint ourselves with you, gaining insight into your previous experiences, what has proven effective, and what hasn’t. Our approach is meticulous, avoiding guesswork. As part of our comprehensive assessment, we will conduct an examination and consultation, followed by digital X-rays to examine your spine.
How frequently will I need chiropractic sessions?
The frequency of your chiropractic sessions will be determined collaboratively, based on our examination and assessment of your spine.
What’s in store for my second visit?
Your second visit is dedicated to a comprehensive presentation of our findings and proposed solutions. Through a show-and-tell approach, we’ll explain our observations and demonstrate how our services can benefit you. We’ll discuss the associated costs and work together to choose a care plan tailored to your needs, whether it’s our “Function Better” plan or our “Feel Better and Get Me on My Way” plan.
What attire is recommended for my appointment?
Loose clothing is preferable, but we understand if you’re coming directly from work. We can accommodate various dress codes to ensure your comfort during the appointment.
Is a referral necessary to see a chiropractor?
No referral is needed to schedule an appointment with us.
Yes, we accept many health plans; however, it’s important to note that most plans have limitations on covered visits and services. Consequently, you may be responsible for a portion of the care costs. We will work with you to navigate these details.
